After suitable massaging of the figures and including the MASSIVE bankers Bonus's we are all better of now that wage rises are higher than the cost of living inflation !!!! NOT who do they think they are kidding

It's all bollocks mate. The inflation figure does not include housing costs. Also average wage rates are nonsense. If you have 100 people: 20 earn 1m a year and 80 earn 10k the average pay would be 208k. Which means nothing to the poor sods on 10k

One of the major concerns is that "output per capita" has not risen as part of the growth (real or manipulated).
The obvious conclusion, that of an annually increasing number of "capitas", seems to have escaped their attention, for some reason.
