VU+ Duo2 audio fault - need a help from Ferret

While playing some mp4 files (videoclips from youtube) I get unwanted sounds (cracks). My box has been sent for repair. In the German VU+ centre they replaced the mainboard but unfortunately the problem still persists :Mad2:

I'm from Leeds, West Yorkshire (UK) and this message is to Ferret: Can we meet and check your receiver on my Hi-Fi? Please help me, you are only the person who can do it. It's very important to me. I have to sort it out somehow. Thank you.
 
Anyone else from Leeds who has VU+ receiver?
It seems like Ferret doesn't want to help me, weird.

What makes you think he should give up his time to go to your house?

What is wrong with this? I need a help and the person who is living near me is only Ferret. I have a car and I can go for him and bring him into my house. It would not take a long time. I know, he may be busy but how to do it in different way? If someone else would ask me for a favour, why not, let's help.
 
Do you think ferret is going to come your house with he vuduo to see if it works with your Hi-fi do you not think the problem is the hi fi
