[VU+ Duo] Cant grab screenshot using Open Webif

For some reason I cant no longer grab screenshots using open webif I know you can use telnet commands but just want to know how to fix this little glitch. It was working before but now just getting blue spinner and no grab. There is a blank screenshot.jpg in tmp folder.

After reflash still cant take screenshots using openwebif
