Virtual cloud server help

Don't know if I have posted this in the right place but here goes...

I want to start a plex server or a "film server" for friends and family anyone know any decent sites that I can rent a virtual server, obviously I don't have enough bandwidth on my home connection. No fancy specs to start with, anybody got anything similar?

Please pm with any info or post here.

I guess its all down to your budget and how much space you want..most are around £5 a month for 50gb.
just to give you an idea..some are free but not much space
