More bad news for space explorers. Sadly one pilot killed, amazingly one seems to have survived. Massive setback to say the least.

Maybe, "Galactic" is a bit of a clue to the mentality, and Richard Branson seems determined to carry on.

On a more positive note, Justin Bieber has bought a seat.

TBH, Branson is just bankrolling and marketing the idea. Most of the work is being done by an experienced team. Looking at a bit more detail, the problem MAY be related to a new type of fuel being used in their hybrid solid/liquid rocket motor. Though its had hundreds of hours on test bed, this was first flight with that fuel.
