Phone Unlocking Video format?

I have a N95 and i watched the free Nokia intro vid that was built in free on the phone. The video quality is perfect and even when i plug it in to my 42" Plasma its grate. I have loads on of TV programs that i have downloaded and i want to put them on to my N95 but what is the best format for viewing and what is the best converter?
Just to let you know the video files that i have are recorded in .TS format so i need to convert them from .TS to what ever is best for the N95. I hope some one can help out.

This will do it i think. You can alter the default file save format to a few including .ts.
It's a wonderful piece of software for many other things too. And fast. And user friendly. And cheap!
