Vauxhall radio unlock code

Hi everyone.
This is my first ever post and I need some help.
After my battery was disconnected in order to carry out some electrical work I was then request for an unlock code. After 11 years of ownership I cannot find the radio card showing this info.
The car is a 2004 Vauxhall Corsa and has a CDR2005 (E) radio. I have the serial number and all the other numbers shown on the casing of the radio but do not know how to get the code without paying the exorbitant charges required by Vauxhall and the dealers.
Can anyone help please.

it would have been helpful if you had posted serial number but I think you will be out of luck
