v+ hdmi -> Scart

Hi, does anybody know how to change the output from HDMI to Scart on the NEW sammy V+. It doesnt have a stop & play button like the old one.

I dont have one yet and the box is set to hdmi so need to revert it back to scart before i can see anything on the screen.

you need an hdmi lead to go into the menu to change it pain in the arse vermin presume anyone who has these boxes have hd tvs so they are all set to hdmi

Actually there IS a solution which I have just found and may help others :

change the HDMI settings on the V+ Box to Scart by pressing Home on the V+ Remote followed by 8 then 4 and then the Red Button

holding pause/play while booting up gives you option to change as well

okay maybe I should been more precise but didnt see the need as your post didnt exist when i replied - my reply was to the OP not you jumpinjo lol - in that hee used the onscreeen menu system - fair enough he didnt have a screen but he still used that way of changing from hdmi to scart lol

it's bloody hard work this.
