Linux Unix creator Dennis Ritches dies

sad day it is, the man who created Unix OS died .. without Unix the likes of Windows, IOS OSX would exist - he also created C programming language, which most of the applications and operating systems were written in, And without Linux the internet as we know it would exist.

read that yesterday. I guess its around that time when a lot of the innovators from the 60's will be passing on.

As mentioned unix was the cornerstone of a lot of developments in computing.
