Because were England and they're UEFA, nothing surprises me with them.

Typical UEFA our players suffer racial abuse and get upset about it and theg charge us. worst thing our players did was when rose kicked a ball in disgust and then got red carded for it ffs

as they have not looked into it.
they only have the words of both teams as to what happened.
its was clear both teams had members involved its not unreasonable to charge both teams, until an investigation has taken place.

that said this is UAFA.
so its probably true we will get the blame, just coz we are "English".
