UA Serial No

When I'm entering the decimal UA number into an AU hex, do I need to enter the entire number or do I miss off any preceeding 0's? I only ask cos when you use the UA converter in QuickHex to go from hex to dec, it produces the decimal number that I extracted from the OSC but without the two 0's at the beginning.

Any help mucho appreciated!
