TV Tuner Advice required:)

Need some advice?

I have a PC monitor upstairs which I want to receive all the channels I get downstairs fed via co-ax(Analogue and Digital).

Looked at a few TV tuner cards with aerial input including h**p://www.hauppauge.co.uk/site/products/data_hvr900hd.html

Would like a HD one with remote

Can anyone recommend a good one?
