trying to install windows xp using pxe

ok im tryin to boot xp over the lan,the pc im tryin to sort out has dodgy usb ports
(it wont reconise an external drive or usb pen) and it dont have a floppy or cd rom drive
also i dont have one spare to put in,anyway been tryin to boot over lan by using this >>>

i can connect to the tftpd server (which is on my main pc ) when i start the brocken pc up
when the pc has fired up it shows the pxe menu,showing bart network disc and boot normal,but when i tap bart network disk,at the bottom of screen it says loading memdisk,loading bartdisk,ima........ then ready,but over in the tftpd server (main pc) it trys to send the files over
then stops,and in the tftp server box it has this,see text document

any ideas where im going wrong

just a quick info ive tried it again and got the same error but i got two more lines check the last 2 lines with the
first error

Also make sure that you've turned off dhcp in your router if you're using dhcp in tftpd
