Trouble Installing POI's to my ONE V2

I'm having trouble installing (anything) in particular the speed camera database to my tomtom ONE UK V2.

I have activated the promotion code on the box of my (brand new) Tomtom.
To do so I registered a new account, logged in and successfully downloaded the information. BUT

Tomtom home software says 'This item is not suitable for your tomtom device'

Can anyone help with advice?

goto downloads and get latest map file, unzip and av check then copy type of warning you want and paste into uk and ni folder on tt1, obviously BACK UP THE TT1 BEFORE STARTING, full info is included in a file in the download zip m8

mate i updated the speed cams on the 18th april there all there my mate had some probs with the premotion code with tomtom and hes had no probs
