transponder help

hi all,, my eurovox box
is only picking up 17 transponders,, can anybody help me as to how i get the rest,

yes ,, my boxwent down a couple of weeks ago and wen i put the new codes in it,, gave it a powerscan and only picked up 17 transponders,, i dont know if its the frequency it starts at 100.00 to 870.00,,
symbol rate 6.985
step 8

its driving me crazy
hope u can help im not getting bbc1 or itv2 and a lot more

go in to config and do a factory reset, then scan again
