tomtom copy favourites ?

I currently have tom tom on a uiq phone and now have a pocket pc phone (hermes) with tom tom as well,
is it possible to copy over the favourites to the hermes, as I have about 20 or of them.

If its Tom Tom 6 than you could a file called Mapseetings.cfg over to your new Tom Tom and that should copy your favourites.
