Tmpg Error.....

Downloaded beauty and the beast the other day as a avi file so i wanted to convert it to mpeg so i could burn it to disc,problem is as soon as i try to open the film to tmpg i keep getting an error,ive tried other avi files i have and theyre fine,ive watched the film on my pc and cuz its a dvd rip the quality is brilliant,do u think its the film of my tmpg program,ive downloaded tmpg 4 times and it does the same thing.....zooropa

thanx m8 just tried it but i get the same result,it must be the film...i get this error

zooropa I'm having the same trouble myself when trying to convert a dvd rip still avi managed to do 1 dvd rip but I've got 3 others it wont convert any help would be great
