Granville Technology, owners of Time and Tiny, went into administration on Wednesday 27th July with the loss of 1,500 jobs.
Customers with outstanding orders are unlikely to see either their money or goods. Having been deemed "unsecured creditors" they are at the bottom of the list for payments.
For those who do have their orders "a funding package has been put in place to enable the continuation of warranty cover on a limited basis and customer support" a statement from the administrators added.
The websites for Time and Tiny are both displaying the same message, and the high street stores are said to be closed.
