Seems like nintendo might be catching up. Although it seems still to be trying to attract young gamers.
Will be great to see the old NES back!!!!
Theres talk of being in shops for christmas.
In the UK, the new NES is just £49 with a second controller costing £7.99. You can pre-order ahead of the release date.
Although it's NES (Nintendo Entertainment System), the new console features modern specs including HDMI so you won't need to be searching the web for SCART adapters or such like. It's also powered with a USB cable, although the AC adapter for the USB cable isn't supplied in the box.
It's been confirmed that the console is pretty low-tech so can't access the internet for things like the eShop, nor can it take any existing cartridges you might have.

i saw a youtube video of this the other day it looks good. for those of you interested in this kind of thing, you should check out retroarch it will emulate everything i could think of up to a psone.
