tennis elbow relief devices

hi guys - ive got tennis elbow in my left arm...it really hurts when im playing cricket...mostley when i go on my front foot to play shots, as the top hand controls most front foot shots...any suggestions or pain relief devices....seem to be loads but dont know which are good and which are just gimmicks...ive tried those neropane arm supports but they keep you warm but dont help the pain...any help and advice as what is the best to get..something i could wear whilst playing...seen a lot of cricketers on tv wear this kind of arm band around their elbow...ta

Think I read somewhere to treat it with hot and cold water therapy, loads of info on google

yes i read that somewhere...doesnt affect me in normal daily life..only when i play cricket...might try one of those tens machines...

Get a tennis elbow support with a gel pad.
