If you do things the long way, you will generally find them whatever image/receiver you are using. The TM800 uses a version of PLI 2.X.

Should be
Menu > Setup > Softcam/CI > Softcam Manager

Don't expect much with the TM800HD

Tbh my friend Interest on all this weaned years ago bought item used recently now finding things are not going well with this STB.
