Technomate 5402 HD Mk2 Flashing red standby light

Hi, looks like my Technomate is bust - flashing red light on startup, tried the reset - does nothing. Done some research and its pointing to power supply unit thats at fault.
How difficult is it to get hold of a replacement (assume direct from Technomate) and how difficult is it to replace?

Its 3 years old so out of any warranty,

Replaced the PSU - still get the flashing red light and also a weird clicking noise?
Looks like it's fooked unfortunately. Had some good use for 3+ years but its time for a replacement.
