Task Schedular

I cocked the last new topic so my apologies.

I have installed Norton Antivirus on two machines that will not auto-update when on-line. I have tracked it down to the task schedular not functioning, any idea's on why schedular is not functioning.

I too have Norton but it will only update on the scheduler if you have registered & paid a subscription to Norton for them to allow this service.You can still update the programme but only manually by clicking "live update",clicking on update via internet connection, & clicking "no customer ref number". It will then update you virus records. Hope this helps.

Ive not paid and I dont have task scheduler running but my norton is OK
