supnet isp advice wanted please

I;m thinking of changing over to supanet isp from wanadoo but can anyone who has supanet as there isp give me the lowdown on them ?

1 is it easy to change over as i have my own wanadoo modem ?
2 are they a good isp ?
3 has anyone had load;s of problems changing over to them ?
4 is it a wise move to move from wanadoo to supanet
5 when u have supanet is it problem free getting on the net ?
6 i phoned them & they told me to do it all over the net & they take care of everything even cancelling my account with wannadoo is the done ok by them without any problems ? ok thanks . I just dont want to jump out of the frying pan into the fire & end up with a load of problems hoping for loads of reply;s lol

i use it when im in the UK have not had any problems but ask dutcho RPMSL

yes...pls ask Dutcho...or alternatively, search for dutcho's threads regarding supanet..lol.. or for that matter, Pipex too.

zapper..bottom line, whatever ISP provider you choose, make sure its not the same one as dutcho is on...he keeps on breaking it...
