Streaming Servers for radio shoutcast

Instead of streaming the radio using shoutcast i wanted to use a web hosting site ? like this one http://fast-serv.com/cgi-bin/order.cgi?ssorder=1

Does any one know of any cheaper one's ?

Wanna go for 128 bit rate and 10 listeners
