I upgraded from the S2 about 2 months ago and it's a hell of a lot better, there are a few problems with yellow spots on screen after it warms up but this seems to be early builds, I got mine changed and I think this ones going to be OK, it took about 2 weeks for my battery to settle properly and I get a decent day with normal use, obviously watching films or football shortens it but it is an HD screen and they do charge pretty quick. If you do get one try and get it with unlocked bootloader, it's needed to root etc. ICS is reportedly coming late May early June
