Analogue Handycam - To Laptop help Anyone ?

Hello Digital Friends i have an old Sony CCD-TR640E Analogue Handycam i bought years ago great camera only problem is im struggling to send the video recorded to my laptop theres no USB Interface could anyone please help me on the best way to send the recorded tape to my laptop thanks , i can't afford to buy a good digital camera the now or i would is there any way possible ?
