Hello,

Looking to get a smart tv to stream stuff from the net/twonky on my NAS.

Im looking at the Samsung UE46EH5300 in perticual which looks good, but does anyone know if the media playing/streaming from twonkey is any good?

Cheers

Joe.

Twonky is fine, what I don't like is the Samsung interface, not very intuitive I'm afraid and can be a bit slow at times. Also it doesn't play all media types.

What smart seams to be the best for media streaming at the moment, thats a big requirement in the choice making, but cant seam to find a lot on it! Is it more restrictive on what the PS3 plays for example?

I'll be honest with your I never use the Smart element on my TV, i just don't like it, there are some decent features but it's nothing I can't get better elsewhere or on my PC.

The newer 8000 series looks really good, with its kinect style interface, but it also has a price to match.
