It's a habit that's hard to break, on a lot of forums you aren't allowed to mention sly.

Because they are SLY, ring them and tell them you want to cancel and they say OK we'll just put you through and you are transfered to a special team who rip you off even more and make you think youre getting the deal. I ring them when they cock up my wages and they say please hold, I left their mobile on hold for two days. sly bas****s
