Skybox X5 problem

Hi there fellas I have currently got a skybox F3, and I am absolutely clueless updating channels etc.
the list here provided looks excellent and is something I'd love to have on my sky box.
Also a lot of my channels freeze particular sky sports 1
how do I prevent the channels freezing and how do I load the channel list onto my sky box.
My snr is normally 72/73%

the freezing is either sly trying something or your server is overloaded. As for channel lists search for ajs and i wrote how to do it in the forum
