do i need some software

hi lads.when i try the links it seems to start loading then i get kicked back to my desktop so do i need to load some new software or disable my firewall.there are two firewalls im behind one on my pc and one for the router as i am on a network.
i do not have access to the router 1

Most servers down, Cant find any decent channels, Dont like it, I dont qsee how people get positive feedback for these on ebay
