Made this tonight with some cod fillets... Really nice, VERY simple, and quick... Makes a change from battered or white sauce. Over 90 votes and 5 stars, you can't go wrong.
Had this with rice, can have it with any carbs of your choosing.
It's sort of mediterainian in style, oh, and I added a splash of Worcestershire Sauce for a touch of the umami - taste number 5
