Secure authentication problems

I use a program to run my business that remotely orders my products by emailing out using the BT server. However the program doesn't offer secure authentication and the makers have no intention to do anything about it. This means the BT server won't send the mail.

I initially got round this by using an SMTP free server program, but it’s stopped working.

I'm using a new D-Link router for my network as my belkin one died. I didn't have to make and adjustments to the old router for it to work.


Any help greatly appreciated.
