Scottish Premier League leaders Rangers host Hearts in the first round of post-split fixtures.
The Ibrox side, who enjoy a 13-point lead with six games remaining, then travel to Hibs and face a third away trip to Dundee United in the league.
Rangers visit Tannadice on Wednesday and could clinch a second successive championship with a win, if Celtic lose at home to Motherwell on Tuesday.
The last Old Firm derby of the season will be played on Tuesday, 4 May.
As expected, the clash between Celtic and Rangers is among the penultimate round of fixtures.
Although Rangers have such a healthy lead, the SPL has taken no chances when it comes to attempting to ensure the derby is not a title-decider.
Similarly, the SPL did not want the game to take place on the final weekend of the season, when the championship trophy is usually presented.
The final day of the league campaign, 9 May, will see Rangers host Motherwell, while Celtic travel to Hearts in games that kick off at 1330 BST.
Celtic's first post-split match is against Hibernian next Saturday, followed by a trip to Dundee United the following Sunday and a home match with Motherwell on 1 May.
As usual, the final weekend of the season will see the bottom six play on the Saturday and the top six on the Sunday.
The 8 May games (1230 BST) are: Kilmarnock v Falkirk, St Johnstone v Hamilton, and St Mirren v Aberdeen. The other 9 May fixture is Dundee United v Hibernian.
In the battle to avoid the drop, Falkirk will be hosting St Mirren for a third time, which is sure to upset the Paisley side, with both teams locked on the same points at the foot of the table.
