just posting for a m8....

The Problem im having is i cant get the modem online i look at the Logs though sigma 1.5 and i get the following

The only MAJOR difference in DOCSIS firmware compared to E-DOCSIS Firmware, is not functionality, its the frequencies that the Downstream and Upstream are on. While most of Europe and other places use the normal DOCSIS firmware, some places (such as older Blue Yonder ISP's or the Netherlands) will use a different frequency on the CMTS routers.

The following tutorial allows you to change DOCSIS scan tables, it was testing using the Telnet shell from SIGMA 1.5, the shell commands are underlined:

The shell command ShowFactoryDefaultCfg(Instance__5CmApi); will show you your default config and the name of your Factory Plan.

Step 1:
Connect to the modem: From the command line (cmd.exe) type telnet 192.168.100.1

Step 2:
Stop the scanning task, type BroadcomDebugMode(1); and hit enter.

Step 3:
Create an instance of the CmApi (which has your config in it): pCmApi=Instance__5CmApi() and then get a copy of your config: pCfg=GetCmConfig(pCmApi);

Change the Frequency plan by running SetFreqPlanType(pCmApi,0x1);

Step 4:
*Note, the flag at the end of this command sets the scan table:

Step 5:
With the instance of your modified class, save it to the Cable modem using this command: SetCmConfig(pCmApi,pCfg);

Reboot the modem and go to: http://192.168.100.1/configdata.html

If you did everything right (and the shell did not crash) it should be changed. If the shell did crash, unplug the modem for 30 seconds and try it again.
