hey guys,

this is my first post on here so im a little excited, anywayim looking for remote support tools that our company can use to replace VPN connections with.

It would be preferable to get a system that doesn't require any firewall attention. I am not to keen on LANdesk as its juicy on the network, not to mention expensive.

any ideas....?

Thanks a lot!

so would you say that is the best web beased tool, as i keep hearing that everywhere. and how many is the lagg on the connection? i have testes the software and it seems pretty smooth.

i wonder what i would be like connecting to it via a 2MB line.

we have around 500 PC/laptops around UK and Ireland.
the sorts of thisngs i will be doing is installing apps, fixing general windows issues outlook etc.. and setting new users up on new profiles.

does remote based tools loose connection if you choose to log off? or how stable is the connection.

sorry about the ranting on, i just need something sorted ASAP.

Thanks

it is as smooth as they get mate and it has a tool that if you restart pc it will automatically log you in when it starts.

i tried it on a 1mb connection and works pretty amazing, as in video streaming amazing.

in terms of if its the best one i couldnt tell you mate as i havent used any other web based ones.
