I recall my embarrassing failed attempt to build a supercomputer from old defunct casino calculator watches from the 80's, lets be honest the likelyhood of me ever scooping the prize for the largest prime number from such a scheme was never great with only 16 watches scavenged. However, building a supercomputer from Raspberry Pi's is very real and affordable as I recently discovered this article.
