no its not ive logged in my paypal account & its all there says Refunded on the account page & in the resolution centre the case has been moved to cases closed, im amzed how fast paypal moved on this maybe they had similar complaints from other people ?

its more annoying all the things i had to do to get my money back & i finally get a reply off a ebay account , it should have been a straight forward transaction but nnnnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooo , i wonder how many more ppl have been accused of fraud & thought sod it let him keep the money
