Hi guys.

I'm going to do the wire & switch mod on my boxes later today to try to get the movies back (too much ear-ache from my wife).

2 quick questions though:

1. What sort of switch do I use - Is it a "Push to Make (low cost)" ???

2. What size/gauge of wire is best for soldering to PCB's ??

I can pretty much figure the rest out from the 2 text files (unless anyone has a link to a more graphical tute ??)

Thanks

havent made a switch m8 but i took about 4/5 strands of wire from a lead at home and bridged the gap in the track i had cut let the box update and desoldered the wire after the box done it,s thing if you want cheap m8 lol i cant think of a better way

mate if you have an old duff pc power supply cut off one of the small cables and use that it should work fine and you should be ablt to use and push on type switch but insulate it so it does though inside the box and short circuit something
