quick qestion about t911

im running my t911 and its just come up with we hit are bug but its carried onto packet two and is still running is that normal guys ?

ok its just finished and said we hit are bug you card should now be open etc etc etc

but when i open it in nagra 4.1 this is all i get again

as its a bo8 u can use XNCS to open the card, dont even need a t911 for it
