Ps3 files are in a mess..

Well me being the know it all i am decided to clear some space on my full ps3 and decided i knew what i was doing(what a knob) well i am now in the position of not having any games showing on my ps3 and the hard drive is still full..
The folders i can find are games and gamez which one of these should my games be in? (Whole games not saved games) And any clues on which folders are the best to clean out to create space without setting a neutron bomb off...Thanks all..

The ps3 has a cfw, on it.. i use rogero and multiman..

No mate..no games show just the one in the blue ray drive...And thank you for taking the time to answer...

There's a refresh Icon next to the Disc icon or go into settings and click refresh.
Games should go into GAME not game and lastly don't delete files folders unless you created them.
