Problem saving games.

Could somebody please give me a Noobs guide to using the supercard software to correctly convert the .nds games so that i can save to my memory card in the supercard.

I am using a Nintendo DS lite with Supercard software and the Max Media Manager card to allow DS games to be played. Which boxes should I tick to allow saves to work when playing the game i am of the MiniSD flavour.
