Primetime TM500 Super problem

For the past few weeks since Primetime first moved frequency and now moved back to 12607 H this channel shows nothing on my TM500s, info bar has no name all icons are greyed out.

However it works fine on my Spiderbox

Anyone got any ideas what is causing this problem

Make sure not showing as a data channel.

there are a few showing as TV those dont work
its a data channel you need mate I then edited it to show as TV to show as a channel number as before that it showed in listings as .........

Got nothing at all showing as data on that frequency

chris change to dvb-s2 and check its set to QPSK, enter all the settings and change back to dvb-s and scan
mine found 20 services first 2 being data channels and showed as ...........

Yes Rat mate seen that post don't understand it

As for your suggestion you don't get those options on a tm500s, you do on the spider but not the tm500s as it is basic linux sd box
