The Premier League may start its own TV channel as a rival against Sky when negotiating rights to broadcast matches, according to press reports. For the Premier League to start a channel, the 20 clubs would have to invest money along with a major media company. Premier League Chief Executive Richard Scudamore is reportedly visiting each club this month to discuss the possibility of launching the TV channel.
