Playing ISOs via USB on DevHook 0.51

Ok this has been asked quite a few times and there are no guides on it so I decided to write one. Also note: this will only allow you to play ISOs that can be run on DevHook 0.46 as the USB mod will only work when you are emulating firmware 2.71 or lower in DevHook 0.51. Also before following this guide you have to have DevHook 0.51 setup

Also you must have firmware 2.71 flash files in X:\dh\271\. If you don't have them they are in this pack uploaded by amitguru: h**p://rapidshare.de/files/29399904/MS_ROOT.zip.html
(that pack contains other files too, but just take the dh/271 folder and put it into X:\dh\ where X is the drive letter of your PSP)

Here are the instructions:

1. Download the USB Mod for DevHook 0.51 from here:
h**p://www.megaupload.com/?d=MPVJRIYO
(Thanks to mrdude for making this mod).

2. Extract usb mod.rar and then copy pspbtcnf_game_dh.txt and pspbtcnf_dh.txt to X:\dh\271\f0\kd\ (where X is the drive letter of your PSP)

3. Copy usbDLX.prx and vshexusb.prx to X:\dh\05\kd\

4. Now download the USB Host client for PC:
h**p://rapidshare.de/files/26705803/usbhostfs_PC_Win.zip.html

5. Extract usbhostfs_PC_Win.zip to a location in your hard drive and then run usbhostfs.exe. Now copy your ISOs to the same location.

6. Now plug in the USB cable on your PSP and then run DevHook 0.51.

7. Go to FIRMWARE and then set it to 2.71.

8. On your PC if it says new hardware detected and a wizard pops up follow these instructions:
-Click on the option to not connect to the internet and then click next.
-Click on the on the option to search for the drivers manually.
-Click on browse then browse to the drivers folder in the location where you extracted usbhostfs_PC_Win.zip and click OK.

Once it has installed the drivers go to the next step.

9. Now on your PSP go to UMD SELECT and then select the ISO you want to load.

10. Now go to START DEVHOOK and keep the USB cable plugged in!

Now your ISO should work via USB!

( I CANNOT TAKE ANY CREDIT FOR THIS WORK SOME GOOD TUTORIALS THOUGHT A FEW OF YOU ON HERE MITE USE EM )
