philips 50'' plasma

HELP!

50'' philips plasma tele had it for a while picture was fine, just got virmin installed i have it boosted to a few rooms but the picture on it is rubbish very snowy when your close(ok from a distance away) but has lines constantly running horizontaly alone it....pising me right off(especially when gp is on)...any ideas??

driver pcb is failing, phillips build them into the panel so its un serviceable

oh well at least i still have a few months left on the warranty....take it should cover this?
