penne (pasta ) with vodka and shrimp

OK today we will make a special dish, this it is the dish you can enjoy and share with anyone love the Top Italian Cuisine.
Easy to make, this dish awarded so may prizes, do it and say it!

Serve 4
Ingredients:
360 / 400 gr of pasta ( penne or fettuccine),
350 grams of shrimp,
1 glass of straight vodka,
150 ml of cream,
garlic, salt, pepper and oil

Method:
First thaw the shrimp at room temperature and put water on to boil for the pasta.
Sauté a clove of garlic in a little oil, then add the prawns and fry in oil.
Sprinkle with the vodka and cook for a few more minutes. Salt and pepper.
Now add the cream and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta and toss with the vodka sauce and shrimps.
Serve with black pepper on it.
