Patch panel - How to connect

Anyone know how to connect the cate 5e cable to the rear part of a patch panel. Maybe a colour coded diagram or something similar.

pin 1 = white/green
pin 2 = green
pin 3 = white/orange
pin 4 = blue
pin 5 = white/blue
pin 6 = orange
pin 7 = white/brown
pin 8 = brown

obviously make sure the cable is wired the same at the other end
