P3 Slot 1 Wanted

Anybody out there got a p3 600 to 800 MHz slot 1 (100mhz fsb) proc they want to sell ? <br />Or failing that any shops/web sites u know that DO have them in stock i must have spent ££££ on the phone only for staff to come back and say sorry none in stock.<br />Many thanks in advance

why not try a slot one riser it converts slot one to socket 370 then you can use any socket 370 cpu. msi make one i know cos i have an old one with a pIII 500.

yes m8 thought of that, if u can find me a telephone number of shop or web site that has genuinly got a fc-pga 370 100mhz fsb 600 to 800mhz in stock id gladly buy one of those but u get the same answer for them too !!!!! "no we dont have them anymore"<br />Butty do u want to sell the 500 u have and riser card ?

u can get a new board and Duron 800 for under £100 at ur local computer fair m8, why not just do that?

Hatab,<br />A Friend of mine has a PIII 600Mhz 100FSB slot 1 CPU for sale.<br />It is at present in a Tiny Computer which he bought about 18 Months ago, he is hoping to upgrade to a 1Ghz processor.<br />What sort of price range were you thinking of paying.

thanks guys, should have posted b4 but i am sorted but to give u an idea i paid £45 for 600mhz that hadnt been overclocked, but by the number of people who are looking for p3 slot 1's i recon u will have no trouble selling, last week in micromart there were 8 others looking for similar, if u register with micromart u can e-mail your ad and its free.
