Any one know the best way of setting up pop3 on a server environment?

Is it possible that if each user has their own pop3 account (non exchange) it will retain it settings on the user profile for the user when logging into another computer on the same domain?

Im hoping to deploy outlook 2007

Think you will need to still do some configuration when you open up outlook mate.

leemo's correctm, don't think it does - you'd need to configure outlook

I think you'd have to have it set up in the default users profile first (that would cover the basic server address, etc) but using wildcards for user ids to extract it from the logon profile - even then, the pop3 account would need the password.

If you are looking at retaining profile settings for the user between multiple workstations then you need to have a look at roaming profiles.
